2. Guest Responsibilities & Additional Charges

• Guests are solely responsible for their valuables; Mk India Tours does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen belongings.
• Any activities or services availed beyond the itinerary (such as parking fees, additional kilometers, sightseeing not included in the package, etc.) will incur extra charges, payable by the guest.
• Entry fees to monuments, national parks, and other tourist attractions are to be paid by guests unless explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.
• Parking and toll tax charges are included only when specifically mentioned in the provided itinerary.

3. Transportation & Hotel Accommodation

• Mk India Tours is a travel operator and does not have control over flights, railways, or any other mode of transport. Any delays, cancellations, or operational issues with transportation are beyond our control.
• We do not own hotels but recommend and book accommodations as per guests’ preferences and budget. Our role is limited to facilitating bookings, and we do not take responsibility for hotel services, staff behavior, or amenities provided.
• Complaints regarding meals, hotel facilities, or other arrangements will not be entertained for refunds or compensations.
